The Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF) is building our 2026 Festival Team! We’re looking for experienced, creative, and organized professionals to help plan and execute one of the nation’s premier cultural events.

All roles are remote, contract-based, and start on a rolling basis leading up to the festival.
