The T. Howard Foundation’s Internship Program is dedicated to improving the participation of underrepresented groups and advancing equity and inclusion in the media, entertainment, and technology industries. This is accomplished by recruiting talented and underrepresented college students from public and private academic institutions across the country.
In addition to a full-time paid summer internship, the Foundation’s comprehensive approach to equity and engagement also provides talented interns with networking opportunities, professional development training, scholarships, mentors and much more!
To be eligible to apply for the THF internship program, students must be:
Currently a college sophomore, junior, senior or graduate student at an accredited 4-year U.S. college/university (must have completed 30 credit hours by December 1)
A U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or DACA
Maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
Available to work full-time from June – August (summer internship program only) and attend Summer Intern Orientation the last week of May
