Social Media Intern
Charles River Media is a media agency and production house seeking an enthusiastic and driven social media intern to join our team in advance of upcoming releases of a science fi ction novel, horror feature fi lm, and podcast. This role will also support our ongoing corporate social media presence for Charles River Media.
In person/Hybrid Position
Onsite at our office and studio located at 73 Tv Pl Needham, MA 02494 ideally at least one day a week ○ Remote option available
Schedule:
Typically 2 or 3 days a week, flexible hours between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm in the offi ce.
Opportunity to change schedule week by week to align with your other commitments
Duration: Spring Semester
Credit Requirement: school credit required
Ideal candidates should be creative, self-motivated, and eager to create a variety of content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn based on existing assets (movies, podcasts, book) concept art, etc.). There is also the opportunity to create new content through various tools.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, TikTok tools, Adobe Suite would be nice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos and photos during productions
Create social media content to promote the services of CRMi
Collaborate with our inhouse team on social content
About Charles River Media: Founded in 2004, Charles River Media is a media agency and video production company with live streaming services. We’ve worked with brands like New Balance, Puma, Wayfair, organizations such as Daily Table, American Red Cross of MA, Life is Good, and various TEDx events around the greater Boston area. Our team includes a full-time staff of 10 as well as many freelancers that we regularly work with.
