A Decade of Storytelling, Creativity, and Community

This spring, the Tufts University FMS Department marked an important milestone: 10 incredible years of Film and Media Studies. Students, faculty, alumni, and friends of the department gathered to celebrate a decade of creative exploration, collaboration, and cinematic storytelling at the annual year-end celebration.

A Community Celebration

The anniversary event brought together longtime members of the FMS community alongside new students discovering the department for the first time. Guests enjoyed dinner from Anna's Taqueria, cake, conversation, and a shared appreciation for the department's growth over the past decade.

Faculty reflected on the evolution of the program since its founding, while students and alumni celebrated the creative community that continues to define FMS at Tufts.
